Is not allowed to distribute or divulge to third parties without Infomanager s.r.l. approval. All intellectual property rights relating to the platform, its documentation and its development, and in particular all the related rights of economic exploitation, are the property and anyway exclusive of Infomanager s.r.l. which will have direct action in relation to any breach of the above mentioned rights. In any event, the buyer undertakes to keep confidential the information contained in the Infomanager s.r.l.’s platform InfoValuation, and to use them exclusively for the execution of this contract.

Privacy protection

According to the Privacy Act (D.Lgs. 196/2003), the personal data provided during the relationship will be treated with the purpose of enforcing the obligations arising out of this contract, and to fulfilling the obligations imposed by laws, regulations or community legislation. Personal data will be used for promotional and advertising purposes only if expressly and in advance allowed.

The treatment will also be carried out through the use of electronic means, in compliance with the modalities of art. 11 of (Italian) Legislative Decree no. 196 and, in general, protecting the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of the purchaser, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity. The treatment will take place for a period of time not exceeding that strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes.

The transfer of personal data is a faculty of the purchaser, but it is absolutely essential to pursue the purposes of the above mentioned treatment. The failure to provide the data necessarily implies the impossibility of fulfilling the obligations arising from the contract concluded with Infomanager s.r.l.
